It is handmade by Cezary Bartczak in Poland. It is as basic as you can get to camera design. There is no lens but a tiny hole (f-stop is 180). The camera body is a simple wooden box for film exposure. I glue a bubble leveler on it as I always use a tripod with this camera. It took me three months to work out various issues shooting with this camera. I use very slow (low ISO) film so that the exposure times are in seconds. To take a picture: I place my iPhone on top as my viewfinder. I take a meter reading at f-64 then I use the time and multiple it by 7.91 to convert it to f-180. Then I use a film reciprocity app on my phone to calculate in total exposure time. The app also as a built-in countdown timer to use when I open the shutter. After finished taking a picture I must remember to advance the film to the next frame. Otherwise I may have a double-exposed photo. To keep the shutter from accidentally opening, I use an elastic hair band to keep the shutter closed.
